SHIPPING POLICY
Each artwork includes a professional mounting system (adaptable to your specific space) and a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. To ensure maximum safety during international transit, every piece is shipped in a custom-made, reusable wooden crate with handles, featuring a soft protective interior lining and additional safety film. Delivery is typically handled by DHL, and you will receive a detailed photo and video report of the packaging process before your order is dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All shipments are handled by DHL, and they remain responsible for the safe transit of your artwork. In the event of any damage upon arrival, please contact me immediately as your first point of contact. If the damage cannot be easily repaired on-site, DHL will cover the cost of returning the artwork to my studio for further assessment or restoration. Your satisfaction and the integrity of the art are my top priorities.
